21 AprAmendment to Mystery Golfer Rule

The following proposal was passed on 4-20-23:

Prior to implementing the Mystery Golfer Rule (from 2018) the following may occur. If a member’s playing partner is a no-show and no sub arrives to play for the missing individual, then any available individual on the MnM 2023 sub list may fill the opening. If more that one individual vies for the opening, they may flip a coin or use a similar method for determining who fills it.
